Teal and navy were the colors of the day! I found some teal leggings that are the same as  my fuchsia ones on clearance at Target!  Of course I had to get them!  I should have taken better photos of my necklace but it is also a turquoise-ish teal.  My nails are also teal this week.  I must say I really like the combination of teal and navy.  Very calming!

On the sewing deck for the evening I am finishing Eric’s new vest so he can wear it Monday!  I also have some corn-hole bags to make for my neighbors.  Tomorrow is sewing lesson number two with my friend, which will also include a trip to Jo-Ann’s so she can get patterns.  Given my abstaining from purchasing patterns for Lent I foresee problems with this.  Although, I did not find any of the new Simplicity patterns in this last new release batch that I liked, so maybe I will be okay.

Anyone else have any big sewing plans this weekend? Oonapants may be in my future on Sunday.
